Employed in the mortgage industry since 1984, my background includes loan processing, underwriting, loan documents, funding and warehouse lines, FHA/VA insure/guarantee, lock desk, broker liason... then suddenly, SHAZAM!! I got my real estate license ......dispelling the myths and divuldging insider knowledge in order to arm and, advocate on behalf of, consumers. Because integrity and profitablity are not mutually exclusive. Not a salesperson - but uhm, aaa-uhm... what's another word for advocate? (opening thesaurus..)angel. Mortgageangel.
