Employed in the mortgage industry since 1984, my background includes loan processing, underwriting, loan documents, funding and warehouse lines, FHA/VA insure/guarantee, lock desk, broker liason... then suddenly, SHAZAM!! I got my real estate license ......dispelling the myths and divuldging insider knowledge in order to arm and, advocate on behalf of, consumers.
